REACH is a non profit organising working for TB Control in Chennai and districts of Tamilnadu. REACH has developed a diverse portfolio of activities related to TB Control that include supporting Directly Observed Treatment, Short Course (DOTS) expansion and quality enhancement, private-public sector collaboration, and Advocacy, Communication and Social Mobilisation. (ACSM)

REACH is looking for dynamic and motivated professionals with interest in community based activities for the following positions.

1. Program Manager -   Rs 6 lakhs per annum

Masters or higher level degree in Medicine, Public Health or related Social science disciplines.
Essential: Minimum 5 years experience in designing implementing and managing public health programs, preferably in TB control. Candidates with experience in Advocacy, Communication and Social Mobilisation ACSM design and implementation will be preferred.

Must be willing to travel extensively in the southern districts of Tamilnadu

2. Assistant Program Manager-   Rs 4.5 –Rs 5 lakhs per annum

Masters in Medicine, Public Health or related Social science disciplines.
Essential: Minimum 3 years experience in designing implementing and managing public health programs, preferably in TB control.
Must be willing to travel extensively in the southern districts of Tamilnadu.

3. Finance and Administrative Manager- Rs 4.5 to Rs 5 lakhs per annum

Post graduates in finance and human resource/ Personnel; Management with a minimum of five years hands on experience in accounting and finance, HR , payroll functions  and book keeping.

4. Assistant Finance and Administrative Manager- Rs 2.5 lakhs to Rs 3 lakhs

B.Com with minimum 2 years experience in accounting/book keeping. Computer knowledge is essential

5. District Coordinators - Rs 3 to Rs 4 lakhs per annum

Masters in social work with a minimum of five years experience in community health related fields Must be willing to travel extensively in the southern districts of Tamilnadu.

6. Social Workers -  Rs 1.2 to Rs 1.5 lakhs per annum

Masters in social work with a minimum of three years experience in community health related fields Must be willing to travel extensively in the southern districts of Tamilnadu.
